Ingredients

  • glutinous rice flour2 cups
  • pandan extract1 teaspoon
  • young coconut strips1/2 cup
  • water3/4 cup
  • sugar1/2 cup
  • grated coconut1 cup

Preparation

    Mix the glutinous rice flour with pandan extract and water until a smooth dough forms

    Form small balls from the dough and flatten them slightly

    Bring a pot of water to a boil

    Let the palitaw balls slide into the boiling water

    When they float to the top they are ready, remove them from the water
