Cassava nilupak is a popular Filipino dessert made from pureed cassava, condensed milk and butter, finished with a layer of melted butter and grated cheese. The result is a creamy, sweet cake with a delicious cheese topping.
Ingredients
- cassava (cooked and pureed)1 kilo
- condensed milk1 cup
- butter (soft)½ cup
- grated cheese1 cup
Preparation

Mix the pureed cassava, condensed milk and butter.

Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula.
