- ripe bananas2 large (very spotted for sweetness)
- unsweetened shredded coconut1Β½ cups
- cinnamonpinch (optional)
- vanilla extractto taste (optional)
- dark chocolate chipsto taste (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175Β°C / 350Β°F and line a baking sheet.

Mash the bananas until they are smooth.

Add the shredded coconut and mix until a thick dough forms.

Scoop 1 tablespoon portions onto the baking sheet.

Press them slightly flat (they will not spread).

Bake 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
