Banana Almond Cookies
Healthy 2-ingredient cookies made from banana and almond flour. Soft, banana-like cookies that are perfect as a healthy snack without added sugars. Chocolate chips can optionally be added.
Ingredients

Preparation

Puree the banana until a consistent puree.

Pour in the almond flour and work it with a fork into the pureed banana until it is perfectly smooth and holds together.

Roll about one tablespoon of dough between your palms into a ball. Place each ball on the prepared baking sheet.

Use the back of a fork to press firmly on each ball and create the classic cross pattern.

Place in the oven for 13-16 minutes. You're looking for a light golden brown color on the edges and the bottom.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for at least 15 minutes. This cooling phase is essential to let them become firm and crispy.
