Rice Paper Shrimp Pops
Crispy Rice Paper Shrimp Pops prepared in the air fryer, filled with seasoned shrimp and served with a spicy dipping sauce. A healthy, protein-rich and low-calorie dish.

Preparation

In a bowl, add shrimp, white pepper, chives, cornstarch, red bell pepper, oyster sauce and chopped garlic and mix to make the filling.

Wet a rice paper with water and shake off excess moisture.

Place the wet rice paper on a flat surface, place the filling in a long line from top to bottom, and fold the rice paper over the filling to create a long, thin log/burrito shape.

Cut the rice paper log into bite-sized pieces.

Spray the air fryer lightly with oil, place the shrimp pops in it, and cover with a quick spray of oil.

Cook in the air fryer at 190Β°C (375Β°F) for 10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix chili crisp, soy sauce, water and sesame seeds to make the dipping sauce.

Remove the shrimp pops after cooking and enjoy with the sauce.
