A healthy no-bake quark cake with a base of dates and nuts and a fruity quark layer

Ingredients

- dates15 pieces
- nuts50 grams
- water4 tablespoons
- low-fat quark500 grams
- gelatin sheets5 pieces
- fruit (fresh or frozen)1 handful
- water (for gelatin)2 tablespoons
Preparation

Blend all ingredients for the base (dates, nuts and 4 tablespoons water) in a blender.

Distribute the mixture over the bottom of an 18 cm springform pan.

Press the base down firmly and let it set in the refrigerator.

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.

Mix the low-fat quark and the fruit well together.

Remove the gelatin from the water and squeeze it out.

Put the gelatin in a pan with 2 tablespoons water and heat until the gelatin is dissolved.

Add the dissolved gelatin to the quark mixture and stir well.

Pour the quark mixture onto the base.

Let the cake set in the refrigerator.
