Oreo Polvoron is a Filipino shortbread cookie made from toasted flour, milk powder, butter and sugar, with a delicious twist of ground Oreo cookies. These crumbly, melting cookies are perfect as a snack or dessert.

- milk powder1 cup
- sugarΒΎ cup
- melted butterΒ½ cup
- ground oreo cookiesΒ½ cup
Preparation

Toast the flour for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Stir constantly.

Let the toasted flour cool down.

Add the melted butter and mix well.

Add the milk powder and sugar and mix.

Add the ground oreo cookies and stir through.

Scoop the mixture into polvoron molds and press firmly.

Remove from the molds and store in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
