Ingredients

  • coconut milk3 cans
  • water2 cups
  • glutinous rice flourΒ½ cup
  • gabi (taro)1 cup
  • purple ube jam2 cups
  • camote (sweet potato)2 cups
  • saba banana2 pieces
  • cooked sago1 cup
  • langka strips (jackfruit)1 cup
  • coconut cream1 cup
  • sugarΒ½ cup

Preparation

    Bring the coconut milk and water to a boil over low heat.

    Add the glutinous rice flour. Cook while stirring regularly for about 15 minutes.

    Add the gabi, purple ube jam and camote. Cook while stirring regularly for about 15-20 minutes.

    Add the saba banana, cooked sago, langka strips, coconut cream and sugar.

    Continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
