  • sweet potato1 kilo, grated and drained
  • shredded coconut1 cup
  • condensed milk or brown sugarΒ½ cup
  • grated cheeseto taste

Preparation

    Mix all ingredients (sweet potato, shredded coconut and condensed milk or brown sugar) together.

    Pour the mixture into the molds.

    Place grated cheese in the center of each mold.

    Steam for 40-45 minutes.
