Ingredients

  • ripe mango1 kilo
  • all purpose cream (chilled)2 cans (300 ml)
  • condensed milk (chilled)1 can (300 ml)
  • crackers1Β½ pack
  • mango juice1 cup

Preparation

    Cut the mangoes into cubes or slices.

    Whip the all purpose cream. Then add the condensed milk. Mix gently.

    Dip the crackers first in the mango juice before placing them in the cake pan.

    Arrange in layers in the cake pan as follows: crackers, cream, mango. Repeat: crackers, cream, mango.

    Place in the refrigerator until firm (several hours or preferably overnight).
