Ingredients

8 servings
  • crackers (crumbled)200 grams
  • melted butterΒ½ cup
  • jelly powder1 tablespoon
  • evaporated milk2 cans (370 ml)
  • all purpose cream1 can (250 ml)
  • condensed milkΒ½ can
  • mango pureeΒ½ cup
  • extra mangoes (for topping)to taste

Preparation

    Mix the crumbled crackers with the melted butter.

    Press the cracker mixture into the molds.

    Place the molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Mix the jelly powder, evaporated milk, all purpose cream, condensed milk and mango puree.

    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Pour the mixture into the molds over the cracker base.

    Add extra mangoes as topping.

    Let set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
