- glutinous rice flour2 cups
- water1 cup
- shredded coconutto taste
- sesame seedsΒΌ cup
- sugarΒ½ cup
- shredded coconutΒΌ cup
- ground peanutsto taste
Preparation

Mix glutinous rice flour and water into a dough

Form balls from the dough and press them flat

Toast the sesame seeds, shredded coconut or peanuts with sugar in a pan

Bring water to a boil

Drop the dough balls into the boiling water

The balls are ready when they float to the top

Remove them from the water and roll them through the toasted sesame seeds with sugar, shredded coconut with sugar, or ground peanuts with sugar
