Ingredients

4 servings
  • glutinous rice flour2 cups
  • water1 cup
  • shredded coconutto taste
  • sesame seedsΒΌ cup
  • sugarΒ½ cup
  • shredded coconutΒΌ cup
  • ground peanutsto taste

Preparation

    Mix glutinous rice flour and water into a dough

    Form balls from the dough and press them flat

  3. 3

    Toast the sesame seeds, shredded coconut or peanuts with sugar in a pan

    Bring water to a boil

  5. 5

    Drop the dough balls into the boiling water

  6. 6

    The balls are ready when they float to the top

  7. 7

    Remove them from the water and roll them through the toasted sesame seeds with sugar, shredded coconut with sugar, or ground peanuts with sugar
